All advertisers are required to pay the 12% Goods and Services Tax which goes to the Government of Canada.

HOWEVER, non-Canadian companies are able gain tax free status vis-a-vis Search Engine Colossus by filling in and signing with pen and ink a Tax Declaration. This Tax Declaration must then be sent to Search Engine Colossus via the postal system. Once it becomes part of Search Engine Colossus's records at this location, Search Engine Colossus will then be in a position to no longer have to collect the tax for the Government. In practice, this usually means non-Canadian companies will end up paying the tax for their first Ad Term only.

It is the goal of Search Engine Colossus to advertise products which are suitable for the entire family. No pill (or medical products), gambling services, porn, or loans/claims services please.

On completion of an Ad Term, either party has the right to cancel further advertising without penalty.

The advertising agreement will be in Canadian Dollars. It will be a flat rate per month. Search Engine Colossus's Ad Term cycle works on a prepayment basis.

Paypal.com members may utilize that system to make payments in Canadian Dollars. Paypal's Send Money page makes the task of Canadian payments from United States Dollar, British Pound, and Euro account holders effortless. Paypal will give you a record of your expenditure in your own currency.

Search Engine Colossus has an International Business Account. Search Engine Colossus's account information will be sent to you upon request for you to utilize.

When your payment arrives, you will be contacted via email and your ad will be posted online. A receipt will then be sent via postal mail back to you containing all the details of the agreement: Dates, both addresses, urls, business number, both names, site names, money info, and so forth.
